The following
sub-committees were formed to address
relevant issues and design programs to address members' needs:
HCA Executive
Committee
The Executive Committee consists of: President,
Vice-President,
Treasurer,
Secretary, three Members At Large.
The purpose of the
Executive Committee is threefold:
To oversee the running
of the Corporation;
To make recommendations to the Full Board for approval;
To supervise HCA Staff.
HCA Membership
Services Committee
The purpose of the Membership Services Committee is
to advise HCA Staff on developing Programs and Services for Members.
Jurisdictional
Committee
The purpose
of the Jurisdictional Committee is to educate the membership on funding
issues and organize lobbying efforts during the funding cycle. Meets
the second Wednesday of the month.
Marketing Committee
The purpose of the Marketing Committee is to advance our
mission and engender community support by creating greater public
awareness of the Human Care Alliance.Cultural Competency
Committee
The purpose of the
Cultural Competency Committee is to maximize culturally competent
processes to improve direct client services.
Contract Management Committee
The purpose of the Contract Management Committee is to work closely with
funding jurisdictions to improve and simplify the contract process.
